Samantha Duffy

Sam is our Client Operations and Business Process Manager.  Her primary roles are to implement and process account transactions, assist Bill with strategy formulation and to provide clients with superior customer service.

She graduated with honors, Magna Cum Laude, from Youngstown State University in 2005 and has attended Robert Morris University and the Boston Institute of Finance for additional studies in business development.  She is currently enrolled in the highly accredited program to obtain her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.  Sam came to us in the spring of 2014 with a strong banking background, a keen ability with technology, and exceptional motivation skills. 

In addition, Bill has personally known Sam and her family for over 35 years making her an absolute perfect fit to our team.  Samantha has been an accomplished musician for many years and plays both the violin and viola professionally.  She has been a core member in the Butler Symphony for over 15 years.
